4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
